I’m Manvir Singh Anand – A Catering Success Evangelist, An Event Hospitality Expert, Founder & CEO of Knight Gourmet and a Author of the Best-selling book “Catering your way to financial independence”.
I’m on a mission to build 100,000 Self Employed Professionals in the Food Service industry.
I am the Founded of Knight Gourmet – a pan India presence Event Hospitality Solutions Company. In less than seven years, I has scaled the company to 3 local offices with satellite presence across 30 cities of 11 states, serving over 1.35 million patrons to date. I have an experience spanning serving some of the most demanding palates across the world; likes of the legends like Sachin Tendulkar, “Thailava” Rajnikant, Rahul Dravid, Roberto Carlos, Nawazuddin Siddiqui to name a few. Further, our Company has been awarded multiple large-scale catering mandates of international scale, including World Women’s Boxing Championship, Indian Premier League, Indian Super League, Pro Kabaddi League, IIFA Awards etc.
I also conceptualize large scale Marathons and Cultural Events serving tens of thousands of patrons in a single go.
I am strategic Investor and Mentor to multiple F&B ancillary Start-ups and Cloud Kitchen brands in Delhi & Chennai, having a thorough understanding of the space. I started my career as a Risk Management Consultant serving Fortune 500 Companies on multiple assignments before moving to the F&B industry.
I have travelled extensively to France, Germany, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and Thailand to meet clients of strategic importance.
I holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts (UK) and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (India).
